To establish, support, upgrade, maintain, run and/or grant aid to Schoolsm, Vidhya Mandirs, Colleges, Technical and Medical Institute, Educational Training Institute like S.T.C, B.Ed. , M.Ed., Physical Educational Institute, Law College, Universities, Libraries, Reading Room, Hostel, Boarding Houses, Laboratories School in Hindi and English Medium and otherInstitutions of like mature and place of places and also generally for the development and  or or the advancement and diffusion  of knowledge among the public in general.

To undertake the carrying on of the scientific research for the extension of knowledge in the fields of neutral and applied sciences generally and particular in the fields of Physics and Metaphysics.

The trust is established and shall be deemed to have been established and maintained by members of the Muslim Community for the charitable educational purpose of imparting education.

To undertake distribution of books, literature and other material useful and necessary for advancement of education and to institute scholarship , fellowship and endowments  and giving financial assistance for advancement of education  and research.

The emphasis will be on education. It is  further specifically provide that the object contained aforesaid namely education, shall not involve carrying on of any business for activity for profit unless such business or activity  is carried on in the course of carrying out the  primary objects of this trust, the benefit of this trust shall be open to all irrespective of caste, religion, sex etc. and its activity shall be confined to India.

To publish and help in publishing and /or distributing ooks, pamplets, periodicals and newspapers in India either free of cost or at reasonable price for the spread and advancement or education and culture heritage.
