The Trust shall be managed by Board of Trustee consisting of  ALL THE TRUSTE. How ever ot the control , supervision , and to look after the day to day affairs and administration of this  Trust Dr. Zafar Mohd. Shall be the Managing Trustee for whole life. However after his death, the continuing Patron Trustee shall appoint a Managing Trustee. The Managing Trustee shall manage the  Trust for regular activities, its properties and funds and shall manage the Trust for regular activities, Its  properties  and authorities for that purpose.

The Managing Trustee shall be at liberty of associate the name and names of any person or persons as Secretary, Treasurer etc. for prescribed tenure to take assistance to look after day to day work.
